About the Role:
As a Graphic Designer, you’ll work closely with the Marketing team to create premium, high-quality designs that elevate the brand across digital channels and in-store materials. You’ll be responsible for conceptualising ideas and bringing them to life through detailed, aesthetically pleasing layouts, typography, and colour.

that’s a huge plus! The team would love support with copywriting, including product descriptions and other marketing content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create digital assets for websites, email campaigns, and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Google Ads – Display, Demand Gen, PMax).
- Design print materials, including POS displays, window decals, ticketing, and other in-store assets.
- Build and design email/EDM templates using Klaviyo.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure all designs align with the premium brand image.
- Video editing and animation for social media is a plus, but not essential.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a proactive and positive attitude.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva
- Strong understanding of digital communication platforms and social media marketing
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Experience designing retail POS materials (ticketing, window displays, signage) highly desirable
- Experience with Klaviyo for building email templates preferred
- Video editing/animation skills for social media a plus
