At MineARC Systems, we build industry-leading safety technology that protects lives in some of the world's toughest environments. As our Production Manager, you'll play a key role in driving operational performance across our manufacturing team — leading people, improving processes, and ensuring high-quality products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
This is an chance for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys balancing strategic planning with day-to-day operational oversight. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimise production outcomes, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help shape the future growth of a globally recognised Australian company.
A key part of this role is owning and controlling the production schedule. The Production Manager will maintain and adjust the schedule based on capacity, material availability, labour, priorities, and customer requirements, while being able to confidently answer questions around realistic lead times and delivery dates.
What's In It For You?
You'll join a collaborative, down-to-earth team where ideas are welcomed, achievements are recognised, and people genuinely support one another.
Oh, and did we mention we have a modern office and on-site gym too? If fitness isn't your thing we also host quarterly social events during work hours with lunch, drinks and prizes provided.
If you're one of those people who likes socialising with your colleagues on weekends (we are) we also have a Social Club whose yearly events include day trips to Rottnest, Adventure Work, Wine Tours, Go Kart Racing and the like. No icebreakers. No awkward name games. Just good company and optional activities.
