As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join our Melbourne team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is motivated, curious and looking to build a long-term career in a professional services environment. Whether your experience comes from sales or people focused call centre environments, you will be provided with the training, support and mentoring needed to develop a successful career in recruitment.

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will receive hands-on training across all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle and work alongside experienced recruitment professionals. This role provides a clear pathway towards becoming a Recruitment Specialist.

What You Will Be Doing

Initially, your responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective candidates across the Data Analytics, AI/ML, Data and Platform Engineering markets.
- Identifying and engaging talent through recruitment technologies, networking and market research.
- Conducting candidate screening conversations, interviews and qualification meetings both virtually and in person.
- Developing your understanding of the recruitment industry, labour market trends and specialist technology sectors.
- Supporting and participating in industry events,



networking initiatives and activities associated with our Konnect with Data community.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a sales or out-bound call centre roles is essential.

- A positive attitude, resilience and a willingness to learn.
- An undergraduate degree will be highly regarded, although it is not essential.
