The Opportunity

As Flagship Store Manager, you'll take ownership of our Bondi Junction store and its success.

You'll recruit, coach and inspire a high-performing team while creating a warm, welcoming environment where every customer feels supported. You'll own store performance, champion our customer-first culture and play a key role in continuing to grow The Memo within the local community.





You'll have a strong commercial focus, driving sales and KPIs while ensuring the store runs seamlessly day to day.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves retail, thrives on building outstanding teams and enjoys making a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing

- Recruiting, onboarding and developing an exceptional team

- Creating a positive, inclusive and high-performing store culture

- Delivering outstanding customer experiences that build trust and loyalty

- Driving sales, productivity and store KPIs

- Managing rostering and ensuring the store is effectively resourced

- Leading by example on the shop floor and bringing The Memo brand to life

- Ensuring operational excellence across stock, inventory, visual merchandising and store standards

- Building meaningful connections with your local community and customer base

About You

You're a people-first leader with a passion for retail and a track record of delivering results.

You know that great stores are built by great teams, and you take pride in creating environments where people can thrive.

You'll bring:

- Previous experience in a Flagship Store Manager or senior retail leadership role

- Strong leadership, coaching and people development capabilities





- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

- Commercial acumen and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Confidence managing retail operations, rostering, inventory and visual merchandising

- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves
