Karralika Programs has been delivering high-quality alcohol and other drug (AOD) treatment services for more than 45 years. Guided by our vision of "People Living Better Lives", we provide evidence-based, client-centred support that helps individuals, families and communities achieve lasting recovery.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Case Manager to join our RISE Day Programin Wagga Wagga. This rewarding role supports young people aged 12-24 years who are experiencing issues related to alcohol and other drug use, helping them navigate recovery through case management, group programs, care coordination and family support.

About the Role
Working as part of a small multidisciplinary team, you will:
- Conduct participant screening, assessments and intake processes
- Develop and review individual treatment plans and coordinate care
- Facilitate and co-facilitate evidence-based group programs
- Provide individual support to participants and their families
- Support participants to connect with community services and resources
- Build and maintain referral pathways and stakeholder relationships
- Complete case notes, reporting and data collection requirements
- Work collaboratively with counsellors,
lived experience mentors and external providers
- Promote a safe, inclusive and non-judgemental environment for all participants
From time to time, you may also provide support across other Karralika programs within the region.
