Morson are working with a leading Tier 1 electrical contractor is looking for an Electrical Account Manager to join their growing team in Parramatta. This is a newly created position combining your electrical knowledge, estimating ability and relationship-building skills to grow existing accounts and win new business.

The Role
- Manage and develop relationships with key commercial and industrial clients.
- Identify opportunities across existing service and maintenance contracts.
- Generate new business and increase service bookings.
- Assess electrical works and prepare quotes and estimates.
- Follow up opportunities and convert quotes into secured work.
- Work closely with internal service and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Build long-term client relationships and contribute to sales and gross profit targets.
About You We’re looking for someone with:
- An electrical trade background and strong technical knowledge.
- Experience in estimating, quoting, sales, account management or service.
- Strong understanding of LV electrical works.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities.
- Confidence dealing directly with clients and key stakeholders.
- A current driver's licence.
