About the role

Royal Nut Company is looking for a Retail Star to join our Malvern store in a permanent casual role. We are seeking a friendly and reliable team player who can multitask and bring a positive, can-do attitude to every shift. If you have an interest in food, health, nutrition and cooking, we would love to hear from you!

Key responsibilities

- Delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales

- Managing daily stock levels and restocking shelves

- Answering telephone and email enquiries

- Educating customers and providing helpful product advice

- Supporting the day-to-day operation of the retail store

- Opening and closing the store and balancing tills

- Working toward sales targets and maintaining store efficiency

- Assisting with retail and wholesale customer enquiries

- Creating and maintaining attractive promotional displays

- Keeping the store clean, organised and well presented

About you

- Previous experience in food retail, hospitality or customer service is preferred

- Strong sales, communication and interpersonal skills

- A genuine passion for food and an understanding of current market trends





- Excellent time-management and organisational skills

- The ability to work well in a busy team environment

- Strong attention to detail, honesty and reliability

- A professional attitude and strong work ethic

- Confidence adapting to new technology and learning our ERP system

- Flexibility to occasionally work at or travel to other Royal Nut Company sites when required
