Zoom Recruitment is seeking reliable and experienced Machine Operators to join a leading manufacturer within the steel reinforcing industry.

About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating KRB, bending and folding machinery
- Loading, unloading and moving steel materials
- Performing manual handling and general production duties
- Using hand and power tools safely
- Operating cranes, gantries and Combi lifts where qualified
- Completing basic quality checks
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area
- Following all workplace safety procedures
Training will be provided on specific machinery and equipment for candidates with the right attitude and transferable experience.
About You
To be considered, you will have:
- Previous machine operating experience within manufacturing, production, steel or a similar environment
- A strong commitment to workplace safety
- Positive communication, literacy and numeracy skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- The physical fitness to undertake manual handling, including lifting more than 20kg
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Full Australian working rights
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
Experience operating cranes, gantries or Combi lifts will be highly regarded but is not essential.
