We're looking for an experienced Concrete Boom Pump Operator to work across the Perth metro area, operating 35-50 metre boom pumps across a variety of construction projects.

Your role

You'll be responsible for the protected and efficient operation of concrete boom pumps across Perth metro sites.

Day to day, you'll be:

- Operating 35-50 metre concrete boom pumps
- Setting up and positioning the boom safely for each pour
- Completing pre-starts and equipment checks
- Working closely with concreters, supervisors and site crews
- Keeping pours running safely and efficiently
- Monitoring equipment and identifying maintenance requirements
- Cleaning and looking after the pump and associated equipment
- Following site-specific procedures and WHS requirements
- Representing the business professionally on every site

About you

You'll ideally have:

- Proven concrete boom pump operating experience
- Experience operating larger booms, ideally within the 35-50 metre range
- Relevant High Risk Work Licence and applicable competencies
- Construction White Card
- Current driver's licence
- Strong knowledge of concrete pumping and site safety
- Confidence setting up and operating safely across different sites
- Good communication skills
- A reliable, switched-on and professional attitude
- Pride in looking after your machine and equipment
