About the Role

This pivotal role as a My Rewards (Benefits) Advisor positions you as a critical partner to the People Team across Australia and New Zealand. You will be instrumental in ensuring outstanding delivery and continuous improvement of our end-to-end employee benefits operations. Working within our People Services unit, you'll contribute to an agile and connected team dedicated to providing top-tier service and driving all key benefits initiatives for the ANZ business.

Note – this role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

How you will contribute

- Deliver a seamless employee benefits experience.

- Drive compliance and best-practice benefit program design.

- Manage key external partnerships and supplier relationships.

- Innovate our rewards strategy by staying abreast of market trends.

- Collaborate with our shared service centre for effective delivery.

What you will bring

- Experience in end-to-end delivery of advantages programs, bringing innovative ideas and a continuous improvement mindset.

- Proven administration experience (HR administration preferred)



with a track record of managing benefits handling vendors.

- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage across all levels.

- Detail-oriented with expertise in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)

- Solid knowledge of employee benefits and rewards principles.

- HR or Business degree qualification, or equivalent experience.
