We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to join our growing construction team. This role will see you working across a variety of projects, including site installations, maintenance works, and workshop-based manufacturing.
About the Role
As an Electrician (Electrical Worker Grade 5), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical work across multiple environments, working both independently and as part of a team under the guidance of supervisors and leading hands.
Key Responsibilities
· Carry out electrical installation works on construction sites
· Perform maintenance tasks across client sites
· Assist with electrical manufacturing and assembly in the workshop
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment on all job sites
· Work collaboratively with supervisors, leading hands, and project teams
Safety Responsibilities
· Take responsibility for your own safety and the safety of others on site
· Actively participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings
· Contribute to Job Safety & Environmental Analysis (JSEA) processes
· Proactively assess and respond to changing site conditions to ensure safe work practices
Training & Development
· Support and mentor apprentices and less experienced tradespeople
· Contribute to a positive and knowledge-sharing team workplace
About You
· Trade-qualified Electrician (Electrical Trade Certificate or equivalent)
· Experience in construction and/or industrial environments preferred
· Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
· Ability to work effectively within a team
