As a Registered Nurse, you will:
- Provide excellent, person centred resident care
- Implement best practice nursing care according to the resident care plan and the Quality Standards
- Monitor the condition and health of residents and record their progress
- Lead a team of Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers and coordinate the completion of clinical care tasks and related clinical documentation.
About you:
- Hold a valid qualification with current AHPRA registration
- Ensure safe medication administration, best practice wound care, and clinical support for our residents, in line with resident needs
- Satisfactory background checks, COVID and flu vaccinations, and certification proof
- Understanding of AN-ACC Aged Care funding model is desired not mandatory
- Working knowledge of Accreditation Standards and Aged Care legislation is desired not mandatory.
