About the Role:

You’ll be a key part of our Hotel Services team, ensuring residents enjoy nutritious, high-quality meals in a welcoming environment. Your role goes beyond cooking - you’ll contribute to the overall well-being and happiness of those in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting with preparing high-quality, nutritious meals for residents in accordance with any dietary, cultural and care needs.

- Ensure food safety and accreditation standards are met.

- Work collaboratively in a supportive team setting.

- Bring creativity and care to every plate.

About You:

We’re looking for Commis Chefs / Cooks who know their way around a kitchen, can handle a little heat (both from the ovens and the occasional tough critic at table five), and love the idea of making mealtime the best part of someone’s day.





- Qualification in Commercial Cookery (Cert III minimum) is required for Commis Chef position

- Experience working in Health Care environments (Aged Care, Hospitals, Childcare, Disability) is highly desirable but not essential

- Has a passion for food and a great consumer experience

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

- Ability to provide high-standard, nutritious & visually appealing meals

- Reliable, flexible and detail-oriented with a positive attitude

- Up to $18,500 salary packaging options and tax benefits
