The Role:

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Casual Yard Hand to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to learn, develop new skills and become a valued member of the business.

At SOILCO, you'll be part of a supportive team where our values of Courage, Authenticity, Achievement, and Respect guide everything we do.

As a Yard Hand, you will assist with the day-to-day running of our yard, including:

- Assist bagger operators with production

- Fill bins with fertiliser and materials

- Help complete customer orders accurately and on time

- Make-to-order pallet assembly, picking and packing

- General cleaning and housekeeping

- Keep production and warehouse areas clean and safe

- Maintain organised, hazard-free work areas

- Dispose of waste appropriately

- Learning recent skills and taking on additional responsibilities
