The Memo is coming to Chadstone, and we're looking for an exceptional Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to bring our new pop-up store to life.

Opening a new store is a unique opportunity. You'll help build the team, shape the culture and create an incredible customer experience from day one, all while introducing The Memo to one of Australia's most iconic retail destinations.

These are 12-month fixed-term roles for passionate retail leaders who love developing people, creating unforgettable customer experiences and driving commercial success.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to lead our Chadstone pop-up for 12 months.

Together, you'll play a key role in launching the store, building a high-performing team and creating a warm, welcoming environment where every customer feels genuinely supported.

You'll bring The Memo brand to life on the shop floor, drive strong commercial performance and establish our presence within the Chadstone community.

For our Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the store's overall performance,



team and day-to-day operations.

For our Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team, drive results and ensure an exceptional customer experience every day.

Both roles are hands-on and perfect for people who love retail, thrive in fast-paced environments and get energy from building something new.

What You'll Be Doing

- Helping launch and bring our Chadstone pop-up store to life

- Recruiting, onboarding, coaching and developing an exceptional team

- Creating a positive, inclusive and high-performing store culture

- Delivering outstanding customer experiences that build trust and loyalty

- Driving sales, productivity and store KPIs

- Leading by example on the shop floor and bringing The Memo brand to life

- Ensuring operational excellence across stock, inventory, visual merchandising and store standards

- Supporting rostering and ensuring the store is effectively resourced

- Building meaningful connections with the Chadstone customer community

About You

You're a people-first retail leader who loves creating great customer experiences and knows that exceptional stores are built by exceptional teams.

Whether you're an experienced Store Manager, a strong Assistant Store Manager, or you're ready to take the next step in your retail leadership career, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll bring:

- Previous experience in retail leadership, ideally as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or similar

- Strong leadership,



coaching and people development capabilities

- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

- Commercial acumen and experience achieving sales targets and KPIs

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Confidence across retail operations, inventory and visual merchandising

- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves

- The ability to thrive in the fast-paced, exciting environment of a new store
