- Oversee daily workshop operations and support your team to meet KPIs and sales targets
- Build solid relationships with customers, suppliers and partners
- Track key performance metrics and report on results
- Promote products and services using your industry knowledge
- Maintain a safe, clean and high-quality workshop environment
- Able to work alternate Saturday mornings
About You
- Passionate about cars with a strong work ethic
- A hands-on leader committed to excellent customer service
- 3-5 years’ experience managing an automotive service centre (preferred)
- Proven sales ability in customer-facing roles
- Trade qualification beneficial but not essential
