We're seeking a passionate, professional Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie or a Commis Chef ready to step up. To develop their skills in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment alongside a supportive, talented team.

About the Role
You'll manage your section, maintain high food quality and presentation standards, and support the Head Chef in delivering a consistent, efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage your assigned section, preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard

- Maintain portion control, food safety, and hygiene standards

- Keep your section clean, organised, and safe

- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste

- Support and mentor junior team members

- Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials





- Work collaboratively with the team during service

About You

- Experience as a CDP, or an experienced Commis.

- Strong knowledge of food prep techniques and kitchen operations

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure

- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- Relevant culinary qualifications preferred

- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
