ABOUT THE ROLE

At OTFC, our Client Service Officers are at the heart of creating an exceptional experience for our young people, families and clinicians. This role is pivotal in ensuring our young people and their families receive the highest level of support and service from their very first enquiry - whether that's over the phone, via email or when they walk through our doors. You're someone who is organised, proactive, adaptable and genuinely enjoys helping people. You're not just answering phones or filling diaries - you're helping create an experience that makes families feel welcomed, supported and confident that they've come to the right place.

DAY-TO-DAY, YOU'LL BE:

- Providing administrative support and diary support for our clinicians, including handling bookings and cancellations for clinic(s)

- Managing billing, processing payments and invoices, end-of-day procedures

- Answering phone, email and face-to-face enquiries promptly and professionally

- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation.

- Keep our front-of-house running smoothly, keeping the clinic space clean, organised and welcoming

YOU'RE A MATCH IF YOU HAVE:

- Proven experience in customer service, admin, or front-of-house roles (Allied Health Industry desirable)

- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills





- A genuine sense of accountability; you own your work, follow through, and take pride in the outcomes

- Solid IT literacy across contemporary IT applications and platforms (including MS Office), and a willingness to learn current ones

- An organised, detail-oriented and proactive approach to your work

- The energy and adaptability to juggle multiple priorities

- A professional, approachable manner and a knack for building genuine relationships at all levels

- NDIS exposure or experience is desirable, but not required

ESSENTIAL COMPLIANCE

- Working with Children Check (WWCC), or willingness to obtain

- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
