- Develop business cases, project frameworks, governance models and delivery plans
- Build sustainable documentation, governance frameworks and repeatable processes where critical knowledge and practices are not yet formally documented
- Coordinate cross-functional and cross-cultural workstreams across Australia, China and other international markets
- Track progress, manage risks and provide executive-level reporting
- Drive continuous improvement in project governance, documentation and delivery practices
What you bring:
- 5+ years’ project management experience
- Experience working in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments where project scope and priorities may develop over time
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic concepts into structured plans, governance frameworks and executable projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM or similar
- Experience working across cultures and countries
- Organised, proactive and delivery‑focused
