About the role

As Senior Team Leader – Maintenance, you'll lead from the field while developing your capability as a leader. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of high-end residential and commercial landscapes throughout South East Queensland, leading a team and setting the standard for quality, presentation and professional delivery. You'll understand that great maintenance sits at the intersection of horticulture, people and commercial delivery, able to look at a garden and see what needs to happen next while understanding how to get a team there, do the work efficiently and leave the client confident in what has been delivered.

Key responsibilities

- Lead a team and set the standard for quality, presentation and professional delivery

- High-end garden and horticultural maintenance

- Mowing and presentation

- Hedging and pruning

- Planting and garden care

- Commercial landscape maintenance

- Team leadership and daily coordination

- Client-facing work and communication

- Problem-solving in the field

- Maintain consistently high presentation standards

About you

- Strong practical horticultural knowledge

- Experience in landscape or garden maintenance

- Experience leading, supervising or influencing a team

- An exceptional eye for detail

- Strong standards around presentation

- Confidence with mowing, hedging, pruning, planting and general garden care

- Experience across commercial and/or high-end residential environments

- Strong communication skills

- Commercial awareness and an understanding of productivity

- Teachability, willingness to learn, listen, accept feedback and keep getting better
