Key responsibilities
Welcoming patients and their families to the practice
Arranging appointments in a professional and effective manner
Managing the appointment book and recall system
Processing EFTPOS and HICAPS transactions
All administration responsibilities for the practice including writing correspondence
Essential Skills & Experience
Possess excellent client service skills, communication skills and front desk manner
Robust work ethic and commitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and proactively
Competent in computer skills
Effective team player
Punctual and reliable
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
