We’re looking for an organised and proactive Facilities Coordinator to support day‑to‑day operations at a premium commercial building in Melbourne’s CBD. If you enjoy quick‑paced work, strong stakeholder engagement, and keeping facilities running smoothly, this role is for you.

What you’ll do
Coordinate daily facilities operations across hard and soft services
Maintain asset registers and support lifecycle planning
Assist with contractor coordination, compliance checks and accreditation
Support WHS, environmental and quality processes
Respond to urgent maintenance requests and defect works
Track KPIs, customer satisfaction and audit documentation
Assist with budget tracking for consumables and minor works

What you’ll bring
Experience in facilities coordination or administration
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
Understanding of WHS,



ISO standards and compliance requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and FM systems
Certificate/Diploma in Facilities Management (preferred)
