NT Link is looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to take the lead across our workshop operations and ensure our fleet of vehicles, trailers, plant and equipment remains protected, compliant and ready to perform.

With more than 30 years operating across Northern Australia, NT Link specialises in the design and fabrication of transportable commercial and residential buildings, with operations in Darwin and Alice Springs.

The Prospect

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coordinate workshop activities across Darwin and Alice Springs, lead and develop the team, manage maintenance priorities and still get on the tools regularly.

You'll be responsible for:
Leading and developing Workshop team members and apprentices
Planning and coordinating fleet servicing, repairs and maintenance
Allocating workloads and managing workshop priorities
Working with operational teams to minimise downtime
Driving workshop efficiencies and managing costs
Overseeing safety, compliance and quality
Undertaking Heavy Vehicle Mechanic duties to support the team when required.

About You

We're looking for a capable leader who combines robust mechanical expertise with a practical, team-first approach.





You'll need:
Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
HC or MC Licence, Forklift Licence and White Card
Working at Heights qualification, or willingness to obtain
Robust communication, organisation and coordination skills.
