Direct Steel Traders is a growing steel supplier based in Silverdale, NSW, and we’re looking for an experienced HC Driver to join our team.

About the role
This is a hands-on driving position delivering steel to multiple customers throughout the day.
As this role involves multiple drops, you'll need to be comfortable checking and re-securing loads after each delivery and understand the importance of safe load restraint.
What we're looking for
Current HC licence
Positive understanding of load restraint requirements
Demonstrated commercial driving experience
Experience transporting steel or similar loads
Positive knowledge of Sydney metro and surrounding areas
Reliable, safety-focused and willing to work as part of a team
Ability to learn and adapt
Physically fit and comfortable regularly climbing on and off trailers
Highly regarded, but not essential
Forklift licence
Experience driving a Road Ranger gearbox
HIAB experience, or a willingness to learn
