Tracked Excavator Operators – Cootamundra, NSW
East to West Plant Hire is seeking experienced Tracked Excavator Operators to join a major regional NSW project in Cootamundra, approximately 4 hours from Sydney.
The Role
Operate 14T–40T tracked excavators
GPS machine control experience required
General civil, earthworks and plant operation duties
Strong commitment to safety and quality
Work on a regional project with the flexibility to choose a suitable roster
Roster OptionsFlexible rosters available, including:
2 weeks on / 1 week off
4 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Other roster arrangements may be considered
You can also stay on site for extended periods if preferred.
Pay & Conditions
$45 per hour base rate
$10 per hour Living Away From Home Allowance
7.6 hours ordinary time
Time and a half after ordinary hours
Saturday: First 5 hours at time and a half, then double time
Sunday: Double time
Paid travel to and from site
Camp accommodation provided
All food provided
Accommodation and meals are fully covered while you're on site
What We're Looking For
Proven experience operating 14T–40T excavators
GPS experience
Civil, earthworks or similar project experience
Relevant tickets/licences
Strong safety awareness
Reliable and able to work away from home
Ability to work versatile rosters
