Entrecôte, part of the Caboodle & Co Hospitality Group, is seeking a talented Pastry Demi Chef to join our kitchen team.
Known for elegant French dining, Entrecôte offers a strong pastry program featuring classic techniques, refined desserts and high-volume service. This role is suited to a chef who enjoys precision, consistency and working as part of a close, professional team.
Our Prahran team brings together more than 90 people from around the world. We foster a supportive workplace where skills are developed, ideas are welcomed and high standards are shared.
What We’re Looking For
A Pastry Demi Chef with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience in a quality restaurant, bistro, hotel or pastry kitchen
Sound knowledge of pastry production, preparation, plating and service
Solid attention to detail,
organisation and time management
An interest in French pastry and classical techniques
Weekend availability
A reliable, productive and team-focused approach
