Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret plans and specifications to determine fibrous plaster requirements
Measure, cut and fit materials as required
Install fibrous plaster components, including cornices, mouldings and ceiling features
Fix plasterboard and decorative plaster elements
Prepare surfaces and apply finishing techniques
Ensure all work meets design, quality and safety standards
Apply finishing techniques to achieve smooth, high-quality results
