About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and motivated Dockhand to join our Wagga Wagga, NSW team in a permanent part-time position, 20 hours per week.
No previous freight or warehouse experience is required – if you're reliable, willing to learn and comfortable with physical work, we'll provide the training you need.
This is a hands-on role where you'll help sort, load and unload freight, prepare shipments for dispatch and keep freight moving safely and efficiently through the depot.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 4:30am – 8:30am
What You'll Do
Manually handle and sort parcel freight onto the conveyor system safely and efficiently
Sort parcel freight into designated freight cages and delivery runs
Complete residential parcel deliveries when required, providing friendly and professional customer service
Assist with general warehouse, dock and freight handling duties
Keep the work area clean,
safe and organised
Work with the operations team to meet daily service and performance requirements
Follow all safety procedures and operational standards
What You'll Bring
No previous freight or logistics experience required – full training will be provided
Current C Class Driver's Licence required
Forklift (LF) licence desirable but not essential
Comfortable with repetitive lifting, manual handling and working on your feet
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Strong commitment to working safely
