About the role

An chance has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join the firm on a full time, permanent basis at the Fairfield office. You will be the first point of contact for the business, requiring a high level of written and verbal skills.

Key responsibilities
Answering telephone calls and managing enquiries
Opening legal files and assisting lawyers with the management of their files
Reviewing and preparing responses to general email correspondence
Maintaining stationery and office supplies
Collection of mail on a daily basis
General administrative duties including scanning, photocopying, filing and invoicing




Managing solicitors' diary

About you
Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with sound attention to detail
Minimum of 2 years legal secretarial experience
Utilizing time management skills and attention to detail to meet deadlines
Enthusiastically interacting with clients on a daily basis
A positive approach and valuable work ethic
Familiarity with legal software Silq
