Are you a skilled Electrical Fitter with experience assembling and wiring electrical switchboards?
Our client is a well-established electrical and switchboard manufacturer with a strong pipeline of work. They are looking for an experienced Electrical Fitter to join their Sydney-based workshop and play a key role in the assembly, wiring and testing of electrical switchboards.

The Role

Working as part of an experienced workshop team, your responsibilities will include:
Assembly and wiring of electrical switchboards and control panels
Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and drawings
Installing electrical components including breakers, contactors, relays and associated equipment
Point-to-point wiring and termination
Testing and quality checking completed switchboards
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Working collaboratively to meet production deadlines

What We're Looking For

To be successful,



you will ideally have:
Electrical fitting or switchboard assembly experience
Previous experience building and wiring electrical switchboards
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
A solid commitment to workplace safety
