Yard-hand/Trades Assistant for Automotive Workshop.
YOU MUST BE A PERMANENT AUSTRALIAN RESIDENT!
We require a reliable, self starter for a busy mechanic workshop.
A full driver's and the ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles.
Duties are many and diverse including; picking up parts and driving clients, gardening, workshop cleaning and tidying, assisting mechanics, general maintenance, etc.
A basic knowledge of mechanics is an advantage.
Previous experience in this type of a position is essential as there will be minimal supervision. Ability to use various hand-tools, workshop equipment, etc.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4.10pm.
This is a physical position requiring someone who can bend, stretch and lift. You may be required to undergo drug and alcohol testing.
