Are you a Business Analyst looking to work on innovative Defence technology projects that deliver real-world outcomes?

We're seeking a Business Analyst to join a collaborative Agile team supporting the development and delivery of software capabilities within a growing Defence organisation. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with customers, end users, developers, testers and systems engineers, helping shape and deliver mission-critical solutions.

The Role

You will be responsible for:
Eliciting, analysing and managing business and system requirements
Maintaining requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
Facilitating stakeholder workshops and Agile ceremonies
Writing and managing Jira stories and backlog items
Supporting Verification & Validation (V&V;), Test & Evaluation (T&E;) and User Acceptance Testing activities
Conducting gap analysis and identifying risks and issues
Working closely with technical teams on software and system integrations

About You

You'll bring:
Experience as a Business Analyst within Defence, Government or complex technology environments




Solid requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience working within Agile delivery teams Jira experience and strong documentation skills
Basic SQL knowledge and an understanding of system integrations/APIs Current
NV1 Security Clearance (minimum)

Highly regarded:
Defence Industry experience V&V; / T&E; exposure
NV2 Security Clearance What's on Offer?
