About the role
An established Medical Practice is seeking a friendly medical receptionist to join our team in Bungendore, NSW. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and practitioners.

What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice in a warm and friendly manner
Efficiently scheduling appointments and managing the booking system
Handling patient inquiries and providing information about our services
Ensuring medical records are accurately maintained and updated
Assisting with the general administrative tasks of the practice

Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with patients,



practitioners and other staff members
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask
A friendly, qualified and empathetic approach to patient care
A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to providing quality service

Job Types: Part time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
