We are seeking a reliable, organised and proactive Junior Personal Assistant to support our Director in a quick-paced role.
Your responsibilities will include:
Driving the Director to appointments and meetings
Managing appointments, calendars and daily schedules
Answering and responding to phone calls, emails and messages
Acknowledging communications and following up where needed
Assisting with work priorities, administration and day-to-day tasks
Helping ensure the Director’s schedule runs smoothly
This role will suit someone who is qualified, discreet, well presented and able to stay calm while managing changing priorities. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
A current driver’s licence and confidence driving are required.
The Salary will be at Award Rate [MA000106] for your age plus there will be regular opportunities for paid overtime, so flexibility with working hours is significant.
Pay: From $53,000.00 per year
