Project Manager - Environmental & Civil Projects

Due to continued growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of projects while managing key client relationships, project teams and operational performance.

Your New Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects from inception through to completion. You will oversee project planning, budgeting and workforce management while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing project delivery, scheduling and documentation
Leading and mentoring operational teams, including rostering and performance management
Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
Managing project budgets, cost control and financial reporting
Driving a positive team culture focused on safety, quality and performance
Overseeing environmental, vegetation management and civil works activities
Identifying risks and implementing effective project solutions
Ensuring compliance with contractual, environmental and safety requirements
What You'll Need to Succeed
