We are looking for a hands-on Factory Supervisor to lead daily operations at our destruction facility.

You will work with the State Manager and other teams to make sure operations run safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This role suits someone who is mechanically minded, comfortable with technology, and confident making decisions on the floor in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do
Lead daily site operations to meet production and service targets
Oversee sorting, processing, and dispatch of materials
Operate and troubleshoot shredding and processing equipment
Reduce downtime by identifying and fixing issues quickly
Manage vehicle movements, including safe loading and unloading
Keep the site clean, organised, and running smoothly
Track performance using systems and reports
Improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Manage staff, equipment, and workload to maximise output
Train, coach, and support team members
Work with customer service, logistics, and sales teams
Ensure safety and compliance with WHS, EPA,



and NAID AAA standards
Keep accurate records and reports

What we are looking for
Experience in production, manufacturing, logistics, or similar high-volume work
Supervisory or team leadership experience
Mechanical and equipment knowledge
Forklift licence (preferred)
Comfortable using systems and technology
Strong focus on safety and following procedures
Good communication and leadership skills
Organised and able to manage competing priorities
Problem-solving and adaptable approach
Experience with compliance standards is a plus
