We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused hospitality crew member to join our fast casual restaurant team. Shifts are Monday - Sunday between 9-9pm.

Smoked and Loaded is known for its American style smoked meat, burgers and loaded fries, and we are looking for an individual who embodies the spirit of hospitality to help us create a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm, making them feel like they are part of our family
Take orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and cook food items according to our recipes and procedures, ensuring that they meet our high-quality standards
Serve food and beverages promptly and with a smile, providing excellent customer service
Maintain a clean and organised dining area, ensuring that all tables are cleared and cleaned promptly after guests depart




Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your knowledge of our menu and service standards
Handle guest complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, working with the team to find solutions that exceed guest expectations
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure that our restaurant meets or exceeds health and safety regulations
