About the role

DOCTOR SHAMMI is looking for a Customer & Admin Support Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely loves people, organisation and getting the details right. You'll help coordinate the day-to-day operations of our administration team who comprise 3 members.

Key responsibilities
Booking, rescheduling and cancelling appointments
Processing sales and payments
Rebooking clients and supporting client retention
Responding to client enquiries across phone and email
Returning missed calls promptly
Providing general client support and information
Sending medical certificates and other relevant documentation
Responding to client concerns and complaints with warmth, professionalism and sound judgement
Welcoming and assisting clients throughout their visit
Maintaining retail displays and keeping shelves stocked
Ensuring the clinic is clean, organised and presented to a high standard
Managing the administration team rosters
Coordinating three other administration team members
Helping allocate daily priorities and responsibilities subject to clinic needs
Monitoring workflow and ensuring significant tasks are completed
