Office Manager — Workspace 365

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per annum (commensurate with experience)
About the Role
Workspace 365 is seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to join our team on a full time basis. This role "organises and controls the functions and resources of our office" including administrative systems and personnel, ensuring our workplace runs smoothly and efficiently day to day.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, review and set priorities for office services and administrative systems
Allocate staff, space and equipment, and assign and monitor day-to-day work performance
Oversee office records, accounts and general administrative processes
Liaise with management and staff to resolve operational issues and support business needs
Ensure office equipment, supplies and facilities are properly maintained
Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety obligations and relevant legislation
Coordinate HR-related functions such as recruitment support, onboarding, performance processes,
payroll liaison and staff training
About You
Prior experience in an office management or senior administrative role
Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (or equivalent relevant experience of three years or more), consistent with ANZSCO Skill Level 2 for this occupation
Robust organisational, leadership and communication skills
Sound understanding of office administration systems and workplace compliance requirements
Ability to manage competing priorities and support a positive team culture
Minimum 1 year experience required
