K2M Reo is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Administration Officer to join our team at our off-site office in Lonsdale, Adelaide SA. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on administration experience within the civil construction industry who understands the fast-paced nature of managing documentation, subcontractor coordination, payroll support, and project administration. Full time - Monday to Friday | 8 hours per day | Location: Lonsdale, Adelaide SA (office-based)
Key responsibilities
Managing worker inductions and maintaining compliance documentation
Liaising with payroll regarding timesheets and hours worked
Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets and project records
Processing invoices and assisting with accounts administration
Liaising with subcontractors and workers regarding hours, documentation and invoice queries
Supporting day-to-day civil construction administration requirements
About you
Previous administration experience within the civil construction sector is essential
Robust attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident communicating with subcontractors,
workers, payroll and internal teams
Experience using Xero is highly preferred
Experience with Procore software is advantageous but not essential
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
