Pay: $30 per hour + casual loading + penalty rates

We are seeking an experienced Functions Supervisor to support the Site Manager in delivering functions and events across the school campus. From intimate meetings and casual teas to large formal dinners and major events, you’ll lead the team and ensure every function is delivered safely, professionally and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with the Site Manager, you will coordinate functions across the campus, ensuring every event is delivered efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
Lead event operations from preparation through to pack-down
Coordinate and roster catering staff
Manage client and stakeholder relationships




Ensure food quality, service and dietary requirements are met
Monitor event operations and budgets, resolving issues as required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Proven experience supervising hospitality teams and functions
Solid communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
Experience with staff training and rostering
Hands-on experience in event setup, service and pack-down
Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
