We are currently seeking an experienced Transport Forklift Driver to join our client’s busy transport and warehouse operation in Beresfield.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for 2 days per week initially, with the potential for additional days and hours as the business grows.
About the role
Operating an LF forklift to load and unload freight
Moving and organising freight within the warehouse and yard
Loading and preparing freight for dispatch
Assisting with general warehouse and transport duties
Manual handling and sorting freight
Strapping and securing freight where required
Applying load restraint to ensure freight is safely secured for transport
Maintaining a clean and safe work setting
About you
Current LF Forklift Licence
Previous forklift and warehouse experience
Transport, freight or logistics experience highly regarded
Experience with strapping and load restraint preferred
Comfortable with manual handling
Strong safety awareness
Reliable and punctual
Available to commit to 2 days per week initially
Willingness to increase availability as more shifts become available
Full working rights in Australia
