A well-established power tools warehouse in Tullamarine is looking for experienced RF Pickers to join their busy warehouse team.

This role is suited to candidates who have p
revious hands-on experience with RF scanning and RF order picking. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, productivity and reliability are significant.

Candidates without previous tugger/ LLOP picking experience will not be considered.

Shifts & Pay Rates Day Shift – $33.85 per hour
7:00am – 3:00pm

PM Shift – $37.91 per hour
3:30pm – 11:30pm
Part-time options may also be available:
1:00pm – 5:00pm
2:00pm – 6:00pm
2–3 shifts per week
Part-week availability welcome

Key Responsibilities
Using RF scanners to locate and select stock
Picking power tools, accessories and warehouse products
Checking product codes, quantities and order information
Maintaining a high level of picking accuracy
Replenishing stock and maintaining pick locations
Moving stock throughout the warehouse
Packing and preparing orders for dispatch
Labelling and staging completed orders
Assisting with stock checks and inventory movements




Working with automated GTP picking systems
Achieving daily warehouse productivity targets
Following all warehouse safety procedures
Manual handling of cartons up to 20kg
Keeping the warehouse clean and organised

Essential Experience To be considered for this position, you must have:
Previous RF scanning experience
Previous RF picking experience
Previous warehouse order-picking experience
Experience working in a busy warehouse environment
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work to picking targets and deadlines
Ability to safely lift and move cartons up to 20kg
Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic

Tugger and LLOP experience is advantageous but not essential.
