In this vital role, you'll be identifying and engaging candidates through innovative sourcing channels, managing onboarding processes, and safeguarding compliance with legislative and company standards. Your efforts directly contribute to building a talented workforce while upholding our commitment to quality and integrity.
Required Skills:
Excellent time management skills including the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage authentically with a range of people

Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry
Robust knowledge of applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn or similar)
Solid understanding of legislative compliance requirements and credentialing processes including VEVO (Working Rights) checks and pre-employment screening
Knowledge of health and safety or credential validation processes
Proficiency in report generation and data analysis
Other Requirements:
Ability to coordinate medicals, DAS, and pre-employment checks
Experience working with external compliance portals and maintaining accurate candidate records
