We’re looking for a Site Foreman who brings intelligence, practicality, and a genuine drive to perform. This isn’t just a supervisory role - we want someone who thinks like a business owner, not just a site manager.

About the role You’ll run day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades, manage program and quality, and be the critical link between site and office. You’ll be trusted to make smart calls under pressure and keep projects moving.

Proven experience as a Site Foreman/Supervisor on commercial or residential builds
Solid practical problem-solving, someone who can think on their feet, not just follow a checklist
A performance mindset: you own outcomes, not just tasks
A team-first attitude - you see the business’s success as your success
Comfortable using up-to-date site tools and software (reporting apps,



scheduling tools, communication platforms) to work smarter, not just harder
Relevant trade qualifications, White Card, and current driver’s licence

Pay: $102,717.04 – $125,000.00 per year
