About the company/role:
Growing and cutting-edge agricultural-based company
Seeking a Biogas Operator to join the growing team
Based close to Geelong
Working Tuesday - Saturday, fulltime hours
Training provided

Duties, but not limited to:
Routine and consistent production equipment management
Install, assemble and maintain mechanical equipment (pumps, valves, conveyors, etc)
Perform routine maintenance and live emergency repairs
Operate machinery, monitor performance and adjust equipment settings as needed
SCADA and KPI review and response
Adhere to all OHS and environmental policies and procedures at all times
Collaborate with other fitters and operators to meet operational targets

Skills/experience:
Must have previous fitter and/or operator experience in plant operations or manufacturing
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience
Experience within agricultural operations (highly advantageous)
Strong work ethic with a positive and willing to learn attitude
Robust communication skills
Good IT skills
