Accounts Receivable Officer – Join a thriving team supporting finance operations with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail!

Are you highly organised, analytical, and ready to support a rapid-paced finance team? Shred-X is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Full time Fixed-Term 3 Months Accounts Receivable Officer to play a key role in managing client accounts and payment collections.

We’re seeking an experienced finance professional who thrives in a high-volume environment and can deliver precision in client account management.

What You’ll Do
Upload customer invoices and statements onto client portals
Update purchase orders on invoices
Process credit notes to customer accounts, email credit notes to customers, update notes in system
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards




Ad-hoc accounts receivable related requests when required

What You Bring
1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar finance roles
Strong working knowledge of accounting ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, AX, Sage, NetSuite)
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Able to manage high volume uploads into portals and repetitive tasks daily
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A team-oriented, adaptable attitude and strong work ethic
Positive attitude and willing to learn
