We are growing our Housekeeping team and looking for friendly, reliable people to join us.

Job Description

What You’ll Do
Clean and prepare guest rooms to our hotel’s high standards
Make beds, change linen and towels, and refresh rooms for our guests
Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust and clean bathrooms
Replenish toiletries, amenities and other guest supplies
Keep corridors and public areas clean and tidy as required
Restock housekeeping carts and linen rooms
Report maintenance issues, damages and lost property
Work efficiently and independently, while supporting your team to get rooms ready on time
Deliver friendly, skilled service when interacting with guests
Follow health, safety, hygiene and hotel security procedures

This is an active, hands-on role where you’ll be on your feet throughout the day, moving between guest rooms, bending, reaching, lifting and pushing a housekeeping trolley.



You’ll need to be comfortable with repetitive physical tasks and working at pace while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Positive attitude and willing to learn
Like to keep things clean and organised
Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet for most of the shift
Can work in a busy rapid-paced environment
Available for different shifts
