The Opportunity
You will play a key role in supporting clients and delivering high-quality accounting and advisory services, including:
Managing a portfolio of SME clients across a variety of industries
Preparing financial statements, tax returns and compliance work
Providing proactive business advisory support to clients
Assisting with tax planning and identifying opportunities for clients
Building trusted relationships with business owners
Working closely with Managers and Partners on client strategies
Reviewing work and supporting junior team members




Taking ownership of client outcomes and deadlines

About You
You will ideally have:
3+ years' experience within Australian public practice accounting
Strong experience across Business Services and Tax
Experience managing a portfolio of SME clients
CA/CPA qualification or actively working towards completion
Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients
A desire to develop commercially and progress your career
The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
