CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER – TOOWOOMBA

Protech are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative

This position is for front counter customer service and telephone customer service, working within the building industry

ABOUT THE ROLE
Immediate start
Training provided (industry specific)
Salary – $60K plus super
Monday – Friday 38 hours per week

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES but not limited to the following
Customer Service
Customer Accounts Management
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive manner
Working on internal computer data base systems, Microsoft Office and Accounting systems
Processing payments, managing accounts and purchase orders
Responding to emails and product enquiries

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative
Competent with computer systems
Experience with purchase orders and managing accounts
Solid Customer Service focus




Open C Class Licence (Must Have)
